How do I maintain my dining table?
Front, back and undercarriage must be oiled 2 to 4 times a year, based on conditions such as wood burning stove, floor heating etc. Use a Jungers rustic table oil in clear. Apply the oil with a cotton cloth in circular motion and make sure the entire surface is oiled in. Run the cloth along the veins just after the lubrication and let it sit for 20 to 25 minutes. after which it is wiped off along with oars. It is important that all the oil is wiped off, otherwise the surface will become stained. Allow it to harden for 24 hours before use.
IMPORTANT:Do not put soap or other chemical products on the table as this wipes the oil.

SCRATCHES IN THE TOP FACE
If you scratch, the surface can be removed with a grinding block grain 400 + or sandpaper grain 400.
Gently slip along veins; not just along the scratch but the whole surface.
Then the table is oiled.
